Full Time Dental Hygienist
We provide a $4,000 sign-on Bonus. Hourly pay is $62 onwards. You set your own schedule. No late evenings or weekends. The Dental Hygienist primary responsibility is to perform quality and efficient hygiene procedures while building and maintaining positive and professional relationships with patients.
Essential Functions:
- Provide superior patient care and service; make the patient the # 1 priority; exhibit outstanding customer service and hospitality as well as chair side manner.
- Exercise good team work; have mutual respect for team; partner with team to create an exceptional experience for patient.
- Stay on schedule as much as possible to create no patient wait time.
- Educate patient on oral hygiene as well as procedures and services; establish/communicate continued care.
- Thoroughly and efficiently perform clinical hygiene functions including but not limited to evaluating X-rays, reviewing medical history, adult/child prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal therapy and co-assessing treatments with doctor.
- Complete periodontal charting per guidelines.
- Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance.
