Full Time Clinical Care Coordinator
The Clinical Care Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to provide the patient with quality care and to provide the doctor with quality assistance with patient procedures. The Clinical Care Coordinator is directly responsible for the patients’ excellent experience and patient retention while in the chair.
If needed, we will apply for CPT, OPT, H1B, and Green Card sponsorship.
Essential Functions:
- Clinical Care Coordinator with a positive attitude in learning new things and who has experience with four-handed dentistry. Must have at least 1 year experience.
- Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain the doctor’s schedule and patient flow; create no patient wait time.
- Review patient chart prior to the doctor’s arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment, as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart
- Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
